In view of the necessity of construcling the curriculum system of foreign language optional courses,theoretical analyses and practice were adopted to discuss the five principles for the system＇s construc＇tion：comprehensive and systematic,elementaiy and advanced,interesting and vivid,rigid and flexible,dynamic and open.The results provide reference for students,teachers anrl administration.
