健脾益气法治疗老年慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Strengthening the Spleen and Supplementing Qi on Senile Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

目的 :观察健脾益气法对老年慢性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果 ,比较老年与中青年患者在消化吸收及免疫功能的差别。方法 :以口服健脾灵为主 ,配合苦参槐花合剂保留灌肠 ,观察治疗前后纤维结肠镜、D-木糖排泄率、胰功肽试验、唾液淀粉酶活性和细胞免疫指标变化。结果 :老年组与中青年组治愈率分别为 6 0 .0 %和 74.8% (P <0 .0 5 )。老年组各项指标均明显低于中青年组 ,经治疗后 ,虽有所增高 ,但幅度明显低于后者。结论

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect by the principle of strengthening the spleen and supplementing Qi to treat senile chronic ulcerative colitis(CUC), and compare the difference of the old from the young and middle aged cases in the functions of digestion and absorption,non specific cellular immunity and T cell subgroups.Methods:The patients were treated with oral administration of Jianpiling Tablets and combined with the mixture of Kushen Huaihua retention enema. To investigate the change of fibro colonoscopy, D xylose excretion rate, pancreatic function test, salivary amylase activity and the cellular immunity indices.Results:The cure rate was 60.0% and 74.8% respectively in the old group and the young middle group(P< 0.05 ).The following indices were apparently lower in the old group than in the other group,including D xylose,excretion rate,pancreatic function test,the activity of salivary amylase,the function of the non specific cellular immunity and T cell subgroups.After treatment,though the indices increased,the degree in the old group was lower than in the young middle aged group.Conclusion:The functions of digestion,absorption and the cellular immunity were lower in the old group than in the young middle aged group.It is suggested that prolonged course be necessary in the old patients with CUC in order to improve the therapeutic effect.
