摘要
从呼和浩特市树木园、内农大校园、和林格尔县、古路板林场和榆林镇5个地区采集的旱柳中共分离到内生真菌1 409株(其中未产孢382株),经显微镜形态观察鉴定1 027株分属于3亚门4纲5目6科27属。不同生境、树龄、部位分离获得的内生真菌在数量、分布和种群上存在差异,各部位都有独立属,说明了旱柳内生真菌具有种群多样性及组织专一性特点。其中链格孢属(Alternaria sp.)和青霉属(Penicillium sp.)的分离频率分别为26.76%和11.92%,为优势菌属。
The samples of Salix matsudana are collected from 5 different regions in Midwest Inner Mongolia.1 409 strains of endophytic fungi are separated and of them 382 strains have no sporulation.Being identified,the other 1 027 strains belong to 27 genera,6 families,5 orders,4 classes,3 subphyla.A glaring variation has emerged on the quantity and composition of fungi with difference of the samples' ecotope,age and position.The various positiones of Salix matsudana have respective endemic genera.As a consequence of the above,the endophytic fungi of Salix matsudana have characteristics of population diversity and tissue specificity.Among them,Alternaria sp.and Penicillium sp.are dominant ones,with 26.76% and 11.92% of the gross respectively.
