摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,硅钨酸为催化剂,高压酸水解法制备乙酰丙酸,通过单因素实验考察了水解反应时间、水解反应温度、催化剂用量和液固比等因素对乙酰丙酸产率的影响,确定了最佳水解反应条件。结果表明:在反应时间2h,反应温度220°C,硅钨酸用量1g,液固比20:1时,乙酰丙酸产率最大为12.23%。
Levulinic acid was prepared by the method of high-pressure acid hydrolysis of potato starch over silicotungstic acid.The effects of hydrolytic reaction time,hydrolytic reaction temperature,catalyst amount and 1iquid-solid ratios on the yield of levulinic acid were investigated.The single factor experimental results showed that when the hydrolytic reaction time was 2h,hydrolytic reaction temperature was 220°C,the catalyst amount was 1g and the 1iquid-solid ratio was 20:1,the maximum yield of levulinic acid was 12.23%.
