摘要
本文论述了益生菌对血清胆固醇的作用,并对其可能的作用机制进行了探讨,同时对益生菌降血清胆固醇作用存在的一些争论进行了说明,这将有助于对益生菌的开发和利用。
The objective is to review existing studies concerning the effects of probiotics on serum cholesterol concentrations,with particular attention on the possible mechanisms of their action.Some of controversial issues concerning hypocholesterolemic effects of probiotics were illustrated.It will be useful to the exploitation of probiotics.
