体外培养角膜内皮细胞的鉴定方法

Identification of Corneal Endothelial Cell in Vitro

角膜内皮细胞(CEC)对维持角膜透明和相对脱水状态有极为重要的作用,体外培养CEC对研究角膜内皮的结构和功能具有重要的意义。采用组织块培养法培养的CEC容易混入上皮细胞、成纤维细胞和基质细胞,引起细胞性污染;采用消化法、贴壁法培养的CEC形态易发生改变,多次传代后活性有待研究。因此,CEC的鉴定显得至关重要。目前的研究尚未发现CEC特异性的标记物,鉴定CEC成为目前的一个难点。本文就体外培养的CEC鉴定的研究进行如下综述,旨在提供角膜内皮研究的新进展。

Corneal endothelial cells（CEC） play a extraordinary role in maintaining the transparency of the cornea and the relative state of dehydration,there is also of great significance of cultured CEC in study of corneal endothelium on the structure and function.The CEC cultured by using tissue culture method easily mix epithelial cultured cells,fibroblasts and stromal cells,causing cell contamination.The form of cultured CEC by using of digestion of adherent method is easy to change,the activity is to be studied after several passages.Therefore,the identification of CEC is quite crucial.The current study has not found the specific markers of CEC,so identification CEC has become difficult.This article review the studies of how to identify the CEC in vitro as follows,designing to provide new progress in the study of corneal endothelium.
