摘要
目前,师范院校专科毕业生就业工作面临严峻挑战。该文分析了师范院校专科毕业生就业压力形成的原因,并针对这一问题,提出相应的解决措施:改变就业观念,降低对工作岗位期望值;构建合理的能力结构,提高自身竞争力;积极备考,缓解就业压力。
At present,graduates employment work in normal colleges faces grim challenge.This paper analyzes the causes of the employment pressure,and puts forward corresponding settlement measures: change the employment concept,reduce the job expectations;construct reasonable ability structure,improve their own competitiveness;actively prepare for the exams,alleviate the employment pressure.
