摘要
民国时期小学教育得到很大程度的发展,但是小学师资数量的匮乏和质量的薄弱却成为当时的现实难题,该文通过查阅大量的史料,考察了民国时期小学师资队伍的的基本状况,并总结和论述了当时师资的主要特征。
Republic of China's primary education had been developed greatly,but the number and quality of teachers in primary school at that time had become a practical problem.This paper sort and analyze the basic situation about teachers in primary school of Republic of China and summarize the features about the problem.
