摘要
近几年跨国公司投资经济后果方面的理论研究成果颇丰。跨国公司作为全球经济交流的主要推动力量,是国际直接投资的重要研究对象,自20世纪60年代以来,许多学者从不同的角度分析跨国公司的投资行为、投资动机和相关的决定因素等,从而形成了一系列对外直接投资理论。国内外一些学者在原有传统主流理论的基础上进行新理论的尝试,更细致地研究跨国公司对外投资的成因、区域选择、溢出效应等。
The results of theoretical research on economic consequences of investments made by multinational corporations in recent years are sorted out.As a major driving force of economic exchanges in the world,multinational corporations are an important research object on international direct investment.It is thought that since the 1960s many scholars have analyzed multinational corporations in such as aspects as invest behavior,investment motive and related decisive factors according to different points of view and produced a series of theories on foreign direct investment.Besides,the scholars at home and abroad have applied traditional mainstream theories to new theoretical attempts and studied in detail the causes of multinational foreign direct investment,regional options,spillover effects,etc.
