构建高等职业院校大学生创业意识培养运行机制

How to Construct the Student Pioneering Consciousness Cultivation Mechanism in Colleges and Schools of Higher Vocational Technology

构建高等职业院校大学生创业意识培养的运行机制需要明确创业意识的内涵,即创业主体自觉进行创业实践活动的心理倾向,指出创业意识培养目标包括责任意识、市场意识、竞争意识和合作意识,认为传统就业观念的束缚、学生自身条件的制约、创业意识教育课程与师资不足以及培养资金严重不足是制约大学生创业意识培育机制建立的因素,提出应通过建立创业意识培养的运行动力机制、校企合作机制以及革新创业课程改革机制来扎实推进大学生创业意识运行机制的构建。

Constructing the student pioneering consciousness cultivation mechanism in vocational colleges and schools involves defining the connotation of student pioneering consciousness as a psychology in which the student subject consciously participates in the pioneering practice and which underlies the material foundation and prerequisite of the student quality structure of pioneering consciousness.The senses of responsibility,market,competition and cooperation are included in the cultivation goal of student pioneering consciousness.And the old traditional view of employment,poor student self-condition,insufficient courses of pioneering consciousness,lack of teaching staff and shortage of fund for the cultivation restrict the construction of the cultivation system of student pioneering consciousness.Constructing the student pioneering consciousness cultivation mechanism is suggested to be pushed forward by establishing the operation and power mechanism of student pioneering consciousness cultivation,the school-industry cooperation mechanism and the curriculum reform mechanism for student doing pioneering work.
