摘要
厌氧纤维素降解细菌所产纤维素酶在应用方面有其独特优势。本研究对一株厌氧溶纤维丁酸弧菌适宜的产纤维素酶培养基进行了研究,探索该菌株产纤维素酶的最适碳源和氮源。通过单因素试验,确定该菌株产纤维素酶的最适碳源为乳糖,最适氮源为硝酸铵。
cellulose produced from cellulose-degrading anaerobic bacteria has unique advantages in application.This research is aimed at searching for the optimal carbon source and optimal nitrogen source for butyrivibrio fibrisolvens WH-Q,a cellulose-degrading anaerobic bacterial strain.singel factor experiments are made and the filter paper enzyme activity(FPA)andCMC enzyme activity(CMCA)of butyrivibrio fibrisolvens WH-Qare compard.Results show that the optimal carbon source for butyrivibrio fibrisolvensWH-Q turns out to be lactose,and the optimal nitrogen source appears to be ammonium nitrate.
