蓝莓提取物对小鼠记忆力及抗衰老作用的研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了研究蓝莓提取物对D-半乳糖所致小鼠记忆力减退及衰老的影响,采用Morris水迷宫试验和游泳试验的方法对记忆力下降及衰老小鼠进行研究。结果表明:蓝莓提取物可显著改善D-半乳糖对小鼠记忆力减退及衰老,但蓝莓提取物高剂量组与蓝莓提取物低剂量组没有显著差异(p>0.05),血清中SOD活性上升(p<0.05),肝脏MDA含量显著下降(p<0.05)。 The influence of blueberry extract on laboratory mouse with memory loss and aging induced by D-galactose was studied. Morris water maze test and swim test were used to examine, whether blueberry extract had a positive effect on laboratory mouse with memory loss and aging induced by D-galactose. The results showed that blueberry extract could significantly improve the memory loss and aging of the laboratory mouse induced by D-galactose. The effects between high-dose group and low-dose group of blueberry extract were not varied significantly (p〉0.05), SOD activity in serum increased (p〈0.05) and MDA content in liver decreased significantly (p〈0.05).
