摘要
为使秸秆更好的降解和利用,提高其生物降解效果,采用菌株S和菌株SN混合发酵处理玉米秸秆,结果表明:菌株S和菌株SN混合在同一个PDA平板上相互融合生长,菌落间无明显对峙状态,说明二者无拮抗现象。通过采用混合菌种对玉米秸秆在最优降解条件下的降解试验表明:混合菌种对玉米秸秆降解效果在25d时,达到53.2%,比出发菌株S木质素的降解率(50.73%)提高了4.87%,比出发菌株SN木质素降解率(47.6%)提高了11.76%,研究结果证明混合菌种的发酵效果要明显优于单一菌种的发酵。
In order to degrade and utilize the corn straw, the strain sand SN were used in fermentation. The results showed that there was no antagonism between them. Strain S and SN were mixed to grow on PDA. Degradation experiment with mixed strains for cornstalk degradation under optimal condition reached 53.2% in 25d, compared with the original strain S (degradation rate 50.73%) the degradation rate increased by 4.87%, and compared with strain SN the degradation rate increased by 11.76%. The results showed the effect of mixture fermentation is better than single strain fermentation.
