摘要
新课改不但促进基础教育的全面改革,更推动高师教师的专业化发展,从年轻教师的特点出发,探索其专业化发展的途径与策略,从而提高高师教师的整体素质并服务于新课改.
The new curriculum reform not only promotes the comprehensive reform of eiementary education but also promotes the teachers' professionalized development in normal colleges. According to the characteristics of young teachers, to explore the approaches and strategies of the development of specialization can improve the overall quality of college teachers and service the new curriculum reform.
