以问卷、座谈、讨论和观察的方式,就师范生教学技能现状及影响师范生教学技能形成的原因进行调查,对获得的数据进行统计、分析与研究,提出解决存在问题的看法.旨在采取有针对性教育措施,提升学生的教学技能.

The present teaching skill level of normal school students and the effect of teaching skill forming were investigated, by questionnaire, interview, discussion and observation. The solution were conclude, for the present problems, by count, analyse and research the obtained data and situation. The purpose is to take targeted measures and promote teaching skills.
