乳腺癌患者血清CA72-4检测水平及其临床意义

The level of CA72-4 in breast cancer patients and its clinical significance

目的:研究血清CA72-4水平在乳腺癌患者手术前后的水平变化及临床意义。方法:采用免疫放射分析法(IRMA)分别检测了33例乳腺癌患者及30例良性乳腺疾病患者空腹血清CA72-4水平。结果:乳腺癌组血清CA72-4水平高于乳腺良性疾病组,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:CA72-4水平与乳腺病变性质密切相关,血清CA72-4水平的测定,对乳腺癌的筛选、诊断有一定的价值。

Objective：To study the level of serum CA72-4 in breast cancer patients before and after surgery and its clinical significance.Method：Serum level of CA72-4 were detected in 33 patients with breast cancer and 30 cases of benign breast disease by immunoradiometric assay（IRMA）.Results：The serum levels of CA72-4 in breast cancer was higher than that of benign breast disease group,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：CA72-4 level is closely related to breast lesions,and the serum CA72-4 in serum of breast cancer may be a certain value for screening,diagnosis of breast cancer.
