摘要
集装箱港口的现有运作状况表明:人工调度和静态调度为主的传统调度方法与提高港口服务效率之间存在着矛盾和冲突,在此背景下出现了一些集装箱港口智能化的研究理论。文章从分析国内外集装箱港口布局和运作差异着手,对现有国内外港口集卡调度问题的研究成果进行了分析和整理,把现有研究成果归纳为四类并总结了每一类问题的研究进展。在比较我国港口集卡调度问题研究现状的基础上,分析了诸如缺乏对全场调度问题研究等国内外现有研究中存在的一系列主要问题,提出了集卡调度研究需要解决的关键问题,最后对集装箱港口智能化调度研究发展做出了展望。
The existing situation of container terminal operations showed that the traditional dispatching methods, centered on artificial dispatching and static dispatching, conflicted with improving the efficiency of port services. Under the circum- stances, some theoretical researches had developed on intellectualized dispatching of container terminal. This paper started with analysis of the differences of container terminal layout and operations at home and aboard, set foreign terminal vehicle-dispatc- hing problem into four categories, analyzed the research progress of each category, explained the existing research of our termi- nal vehicle-dispatching problem, raised some questions in this study by comparison, summed up some key problems to resolve, and finally prospected future development of intellectualized dispatching of container terminal.
