空间结构转型与广东金融集聚机制

On Spatial Restructuring and Financial Agglomeration Mechanism in Guangdong

改革开放以来,生产空间的扩大和资本全球化进程的加速,中国出现了社会结构转型和经济体制转轨,引致城市社会空间结构转型,出现了金融机构的空间集聚。金融集聚作为产业集聚的一部分,随着实体产业集聚的形成而发展。对广东金融机构空间集聚的观察发现,金融集聚由于为交易者提供融资和投资便利,极大地促进了交易效率的提高。本文拟以广东空间转型背景下的金融集聚为研究内容,以珠三角作为基本空间单元,对金融集聚与产业关联展开实证研究,提出广东金融业空间发展的创新思路。

Since reform and opening up,the expansion of production space and the acceleration of course of capital globalization,there is an emergence of social structural transformation and of its economic system transition,resulting in structural transformation of urban social space,appearing the spatial agglomeration of financial institutions.As part of industrial clustering,financial agglomeration has been developed with the formation of real industrial agglomeration.On the spatial agglomeration of the financial institutions in Guangdong as observed,spatial concentration of financial transactions provided gather due to financing and investment facilitation,which greatly promoted the improvement of transaction efficiency.This paper is intended to Guangdong space transformation in the context of gathering for the study of financial content to the Pearl River Delta as a basic spatial unit,taken an empirical research correlated with the financial industry to the financial agglomeration,put forward the spatial development of Guangdong＇s financial industry for innovative ideas.
