BPM和ERP中都有流程,都需要管理,二者之异同为何。通过分析业务流程的内涵、特征与本质、流程管理与管理信息系统的关系、流程技术应用分类与流程应用分类的对应关系、跨部门流程与组织架构的匹配关系后,结论如下:在当今BPM盛行之下,ERP不但不会消亡,还会继续向前发展;基于流程管理所取得的理论与实践成就,将成为推动ERP继续发展的一股新生力量;二者短期会统一于SOA架构,长期将迈向POA架构。
