主客体理论是解决实践-认识活动其他问题的基础。在教育督导中存在着教育督导主客体的相互关系即相互作用,教育督导的主体客体化和客体主体化贯穿教育督导过程,这方向相反又内在统一的两种运动也反映了教育督导的内在规律,对指导教育督导工作有着重要实践意义。
