摘要
主客体理论是解决实践-认识活动其他问题的基础。在教育督导中存在着教育督导主客体的相互关系即相互作用,教育督导的主体客体化和客体主体化贯穿教育督导过程,这方向相反又内在统一的两种运动也反映了教育督导的内在规律,对指导教育督导工作有着重要实践意义。
The Subject-object Theory is the basis for educational supervision, there exists a correlation, that is, solving other problems in practice-cognition activities. In a mutual interaction, between the subject and the object. During the course of educational supervision, the subject may be objectivated and the object subjectivated. The two movements that are opposite in directions but are inherently unified reflect the internal law of the educational super- vision, which is of practical significance in guiding the educational supervision.
