教师可确立以"对话哲学"教学观为指导的教学设计新思路,从目标分解、情景创设、活动设计三个步骤开展基于问题情景(问题)的课堂教学设计,这有助于解决传统教学"目中无人"的问题。

The teacher can establish a new approach to the instructional design based on the guidance of the teaching and learning outlook of ＂the philosophy of dialogue.＂ Classroom instructional design proceeding from objec- tive explanation, situation set-up and activity design and based on problem-based scenarios （problem） helps to solve the traditional problem of teaching ＂as if there were no students in the classroom.＂
