摘要
随着我国政府对汽车市场的鼓励政策,汽车营销技能型人才的需求也迅速增加。但中职校汽车营销专业生源质量下降,学生如何经过有效训练才能达到企业对员工的基本需求。笔者通过校企合作,结合行动导向教学模式对汽车营销专业教学中的有效训练进行探索,形成了一些行之有效的训练方法。
With the government's encouraging policy for the automotive market, the demand for the skilled per- sonnel on automotive marketing is increasing rapidly. However, faced with a decline in the quality of the students who major in automotive marking, how could the students be trained effectively so as to meet the basic requirements of the enterprise? The writer explores effective training in the teaching of automotive marketing by cooperating with the enterprise and using the action-oriented teaching model, and develops some effective training methods.
