试论宋代江西附郭县的独立建学

Education in Fuguo County,Jiangxi Province in the Song dynasty

宋代江西13个州或军附郭县的独立建学远比一般的县为困难,原因主要有两点,其一是附郭县为州(军)治所在,赋租皆由州(军)守管理,缺乏足够的财政自主权;其二是附郭县为州(军)学所在地,学子多萃于州学,因而县学建设往往被忽视,不如支邑县那般用心,时人也不会过分责备。

In the Sung Dynasty,for 13 administrative divisions in Jiangxi--state and Jun（Jun is subordinate to state）,it is more difficultly to build the Construction of Education independently than the general county.There are two main reasons,one is the state or the Jun is governed by administrator individually,where the taxation and the land tax are controlled by its administrator and lack of sufficient financial autonomy;the other is the education construction is carried out in the states or Jun independently,and so many students are given to learning there.Consequently,the education construction in the general county is ignored,not as concerned as Branch City County and also people would not reprove for reading.
