摘要
我国民办高校已经成为当前高等教育体系中一支强有力的主力军,面对公办院校的扩招和民办高校之间的竞争,提升教育质量最为关键的师资成为民办高校品牌的核心竞争力,但不少民办高校教师队伍普遍存在流动性大、稳定性差等问题。本文根据当前民办高校教师需求现状,就如何完善满足教师合理需求的激励机制提出建议。
The private colleges in China has become the main force in the higher education system,facing the enrollment of public institutions and competition between private universities,teachers to improve the quality of education becomes the core competitiveness of private universities.However,many private colleges teachers have the problems of ubiquitous mobility and poor stability.Based on the current status of private demand for university teachers,makes recommendations on how to improve teachers’ incentive mechanism to meet the legitimate needs of teachers.
