摘要
随着社会的发展和学校的改革,学校教育的科学管理日益暴露出弊端:忽视人的主动性和主体地位,缺乏"人性化",过分相信规章制度的约束作用,无法有效激起教师的热情和积极创造性等。想要改善这种状况势必需要一种新的理论的出现,基于人本主义思想理论的指引,对当前学校教育管理工作中"人本管理理论"的启示加以阐述。
With the social development and school reform,school education and scientific management increasingly exposed shortcomings: ignore the people's initiative and the dominant position,the lack of "humanity",too believe that the role of regulatory constraints,can not effectively aroused the enthusiasm of teachers and positive creativity and so on.Want to improve this situation is bound to need a new theory of the emergence of humanism to the theory based on the guidelines of the current school education in the management of "people management theory " of the Enlightenment to articulate.
