摘要
采用查阅文献资料、问卷调查、座谈等方法,对上游泳课的高校学生进行调查分析,结果表明,影响游泳教学效果的主要原因是恐惧心理。通过分析恐惧心理产生的原因,提出了克服恐惧心理的方法和手段,为高校游泳教学工作提供理论参考。
The paper uses literature review,questionnaire,discussion and other methods to investigate and analyze the college students in swimming lessons,the results show that the mainly cause affected swimming teaching is fear psychology.By analyzing the causes of fear psychology,the paper proposes ways and means to overcome fear psychology,provides theoretical reference for college swimming teaching.
