团体心理辅导对增强学业不良大学生心理弹性实验研究

Flexible experiment of group counseling for enhancing psychology of learning disabilities students

本文首先分析了目前心理不良学生的群体情况,指出了他们存在的心理问题。为解决该问题,我们提出了要增强这些大学生的心理弹性,接着我们使用了团体心理辅导方法对学业不良大学生的心理弹性进行了辅导。从而得出结论,团体辅导作为一种有效的心理健康教育方式,在实际的教育中,能够有效增强学业不良学生的心理弹性。

This paper analyzes the current situation of students in poor psychological condition,points out their psychological problems.To solve this problem,we propose to enhance the resilience of these students,then we use the method of group counseling to coach college students in academic resilience.Leading to the conclusion,group counseling as an effective mental health education,can effectively enhance the resilience of students learning disabilities in the actual education.
