Chinese English has been existing for a long time,domestic and foreign scholars are either affirmative or negative on it.In recent years,the new words in network created by the Chinese internet users has a rational part,expanding the expression of the Chinese English,but the discussion has never settled.The paper elaborates from the definition of Chinese English,word formation of the reasonable part of new words,and the fate of Chinese English,proposes recommendations on the attitude of people.
