学生们实际上都有着丰富的内心世界,外向性格的学生好表现,而内向性格的学生虽然不善表达,但是他们往往也有着丰富的心理,也很敏感,教师应该不断地对他们的行为给予肯定和欣赏,使其看到自己的进步,增添成功的喜悦,从而建立自己的心理优势。本文针对不同性格的学习者,提出了一些教学对策。
