摘要
本文以报业企业发行绩效评价指标体系为研究对象,结合报业发行绩效考核的共性问题做方法论探讨,从财务、客户、流程、学习和成长四个维度构建了报业企业战略地图,研究了各个维度之间的互动关系,并在此基础上对报业企业发行绩效评价指标体系进行了设计。
This paper takes distribution performance evaluation system of newspaper enterprise as the research object,combines with methodology problems of newspaper distribution performance evaluation to discuss,from four dimensions of financial,customer,processes,learning and growth to construct strategy map of newspaper enterprise,to study the interaction between dimensions,and on this basis the distribution performance evaluation system of newspaper enterprise is designed.
