摘要
无刷直流电机的转矩脉动是影响其性能的重要因素。针对换相期间的转矩脉动进行了分析,重点研究了非理想反电势、关断相和开通相相电流变化速率不等这两个因素引起的转矩脉动,为了抑制这两个因素引起的转矩脉动,提出了分段控制的策略。该策略集成了转矩直接控制和重叠换相法的优点,可以有效抑制由非理想反电势、关断相和开通相相电流变化速率不等引起的转矩脉动。通过仿真分析验证了该方法和其中两种方法单独应用时的差异,证明了分段控制策略在换相期间抑制转矩脉动的有效性。
Torque ripple was an important factor affecting the performance of brushless DC motor (BLDCM). The commutation torque ripple was analyzed, focusing on the torque ripple caused by non-ideal back EMF and the ascending speed of current in the upcoming phase and descending speed of current in the outgoing phase were not equal. The segment control strategy was proposed. The strategy which integrated the advantage of torque direct control and overlapping commutation method could effectively suppress the torque ripple caused by the two factors mentioned above. The simulation experiments showed the difference between the strategy and the two methods using alone, and prove the validity of the segment control strategy suppressing the torque ripple during commutation.
