某厂房大门扩建改造的设计与施工监控

摘要 近些年,我国大量建筑正步入改造、维修与加固的时期,尤其是一些工业厂房,根据新工艺的要求需要在老厂房内增加新设备,而老厂房的柱距较小,设备无法进入,故需要对老厂房进行改造设计从而扩大柱间距,其中托梁拔柱法在扩大柱间距的设计过程中被广泛应用.由于改造工程具有结构时变特性和较大的施工难度,导致了改造工程的高风险性,故在施工过程中需要对其进行施工监控.文章就根据一工程实例对设计方案的比选和施工监控的要点进行介绍. A great number of buildings,especially some industry factory buildings,are stepping into a stage which are being transformed,maintained and reinforced in recent years in China.According to the requirement of new technology,we should add some new equipment in the old factory buildings,but the distence between two columns is too short to insert any equipment.Such,we need to do some reinforcement and transformation in designing of old factory buildings to enlarge the distance between columns.The joist inserting and column trimming is widely used in the process of enlarging column distance.The characteristics of time-varying and high difficulty in the process of structural transformation,which give rise to the high risk of structural transformation.It is necessary for us to supervise the construction.The following part is a detail introduction to the choice of designing scheme and supervision application basing on a concrete example.
