无张力传感器的卷绕过程V-F协调控制

摘要 为解决塑料薄膜等卷绕物在高速收卷过程中的速度—张力(V-F)的平稳协调控制问题,该文提出一种无需张力传感器的新型V-F协调控制方案,其执行机构为异步电动机矢量控制系统,其中,以牵引电机为主机,工作于调速方式,由其决定整机的生产速度,以收卷电机为从机,工作于力矩控制方式且其最高速度受主机速度的约束。由两轴速度信号估计卷绕物张力与收卷卷径值,采用张力软闭环控制方法,构成了适于卷径大范围变化的无张力传感器的V-F协调控制。最后介绍了基于嵌入式技术的V-F协调控制器实现技术,该系统已在塑料薄膜软包装材料加工生产中得到应用,具有良好的应用前景。 To make the velocity-tension coordinated control system in the high-speed winding process of webs such as plastic film running properly and smoothly, this paper proposes a new V-F coordination control scheme without any, tension sensonr,The winding actuator is asynchrono.us motor vector corttrol system. The pull-out motor that working in thee velocity mode is the master motor, which determines the production rate of the ma- chine. Thewinding motor that working in the torque mode is the slave motor, and its maximum velocit,L is constrained by :the velocity iof.tlie master motor. The speed signal of two axes is used to estimate the web tension and winding diametcr. By'using soft closed-loop tension control, the paper realizes the V-F coordination con- trol without any tension sensors fbr a large extent of winding diameter. Finally, the paper introduces the tech- nical solution of velocity-tensiorl coordinated controller based on embedded technology. Tie proposed system is aolalied in several web winding process, and has good application prospect.
