Carrying out Description of Lesson Arrangement（ALD） is an important step to improve teaching ability for normal school students comprehensively.The paper analyzes the main problems of the students in the practice of ALD evaluation in the recent years.Moreover,this paper explores and discusses the ways and modes of improving students＇ability of ALD,and has guiding significance in the future education teaching.
