摘要
本研究从中级职业经理人和胜任力的概念入手,对国内外有关胜任力理论的研究进行了综述。在此基础上,利用问卷统计方法初步构建了我国中级职业经理人的胜任力模型,并进行了初步验证。最后,利用因素分析确认了我国中级职业经理人的胜任力模型,并得出我国中级职业经理人的17项胜任素质特征。
This research firstly discusses the concepts of middle-level professional managers and competency, then gives an overview of competency theories. According to the statistical results, this paper constructs the competency model tbr middle-level professional managers and validates it. Then. this reseanch identifies the competency model for middle-level professional managers using factor analysis method. Finally, this paper confirms 17 qualities for middle-level professional managers to be competent.
