论“银校合作”视角下高校筹资风险的规避

Under the Perspective of Theory ＂Banks and Colleges Cooperation＂ for Avoi- ding Fundraising Risk of University

在高等教育“大众化”背景下，各个高校都在拓宽筹资渠道以适应扩招的需要，“银校合作”是其主要的方式之一。但是在合作的过程中，高校风险意识淡薄，出现了资金来源不稳定、用款不合理、还款有困难等一系列风险。高等学校要通过重，视风险评估、强化预算管理、加强用款监控、制定权变策略等措施规避筹资风险。

In the background of ＂the popularization＂ of the higher education, various colleges and universities are in broaden financing channel to be adapted to meet the need of enrollment expansion. ＂Bank school cooperation＂ is one of the main ways. But in the process of cooperating, Universities failed to realize the risks of it. Some problems, such as unstable financing source, unreasonable cash, the process of the repayment of loans being difficult,and so on,have arisen. Colleges and universities should pay more attention to risk assessment, enhance budget management, strengthen the use of monitoring and make contingency strategy measures to avoid those funding risk.
