摘要
吴贻芳在担任金陵女子大学校长20余年的办学实践中，形成了独特的女子高等教育思想：鲜明的教育目标—造就女界领袖；明确的人才培养规格—德智体群美全面发展的全人；科学的培养途径—深化课程改革。吴贻芳的教育思想启迪我们，对女大学生的培养应体现时代特点，加强理想信念教育；注重女大学生的全面发展，促使其独立的完整人格形成；持续推进学校课程改革，提高女大学生的社会适应能力。
