摘要 目的 :研究新型精液冷冻保护剂 ,探讨超低冷冻技术方法。方法 :采用Ham’s-F10培养液和女性排卵前血清制成精液保护剂 ,与传统蛋黄精液保护剂进行比较 ,评估两种保护剂对精子质量的影响和比较两者受精率。结果 :本文报道的精液冷冻保护剂精子复苏指数 72 13± 2 30 % ,受精率 70 % ,而传统冷冻保护剂复苏指数为6 0 73± 3 86 %。结论 :本文配制的精子冷冻保护剂 。 OBJECTIVE:To study a new frozen semen protective agent and investigate the techique of ultra low temperature to preserve the semen. METHOD:Made semen protective agent of Ham's-F10 culture fluid and the women serum preovulatory phase. Compared the new agent with traditional yolk semen protective agent.RESULTS:With the new frozen semen protective agent, the semen revivification rate was 72.13+23% and the fertitity rate was 60.73+3.86%. CONCLUSION: With this paper reported frozen semen protective agnt, the quality of the frozen semen was higher than thatof the tradional yolk semen protective agent.
