摘要
以热轧态16MnR钢为研究对象,将16MnR钢加热到950℃,保温20 min,在NaCl的质量分数为10%的NaCl冰盐水溶液中淬火.淬火后的试样分别进行感应回火和传统回火.将回火后的试样进行-40℃低温冲击试验,并采用扫描电镜进行断口形貌分析;利用蔡司显微镜进行不同回火工艺试样的金相组织观察,洛氏硬度计进行硬度测试.试验结果表明,16MnR钢采用感应加热回火处理后的试样较之于传统回火工艺晶粒细小,硬度高,冲击韧性也更高.
The experimental material is 16MnR hot-rolled steel,which was heated to 950 ℃ for 20 minutes and quenched in 10% ice salt-water.After quenching,the experiments of induction tempering and conventional tempering were conducted for the specimens.The impact experiment was carried out at low temperature of-40 ℃ after tempering.The fracture surface of the specimens was analyzed using scanning electron microscope,and the microstructures were observed by using Zeiss microscope.HRB hardness was measured using Rockwell test.The experiment results show that the properties of 16MnR steel are improved by induction tempering due to fine grains,high hardness and fine impact toughness,compared with those by conventional tempering.
