热轧变形对FeNiCuTi合金组织及磁致伸缩性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在实验室条件下对FeNiCuTi合金进行了锻造及热轧实验,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射等对FeNiCuTi合金在不同热轧变形量条件下的组织和性能进行了分析和研究.结果表明,热轧能明显地细化晶粒,同时也提高了合金的磁致伸缩性能,并且随着热轧变形量的提高,合金在高磁场下的磁致伸缩性能也有所提高. Forging and the hot rolling experiments for FeNiCuTi alloy were performed in the lab.The microstructures and properties of FeNiCuTi alloy with different hot rolling deformation were analyzed and studied by using the technique of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,and X ray diffraction.The results show that,hot rolling process not only can refine the grains obviously,but improve the magnetostrictive properties.With the improvement of hot rolling deformation,the magnetostrictive properties of the alloy in high magnetic field are improved visibly.
