摘要
基于刚塑性有限元模型,通过DEFORM-3D软件建立P91大口径厚壁无缝钢管挤压过程的模型,在不同的挤压速度下,分析了热挤压过程中挤压速度对挤压力变化以及模具接触面温升的影响,为实际工艺的制定提供了一定的指导依据.
The extrusion model of P91 thick-walled seamless steel pipe based on the rigid plastic finite was established using DEFORM-3D.The extrusion force changes and the die surface temperature rise at different extrusion speeds were analyzed,providing some suggestions for the establishment of hot extrusion process.
