摘要
通过分析探讨,设计了一种用于研究钢水高温凝固过程中的相转变规律的实验装置.这种炉型用石墨管做筒形结构的加热器,用碳毡做保温装置,以大电流、低电源电压工作,可以实现试样的熔炼以及快速冷却,将试样的高温组织固定在常温状态下,配合后期常规的组织分析,利用对比性和重复性实验,得到金属或合金凝固时的高温相转变规律.
A kind of experiment device for studying the changing rule of high temperature phase in the process of the molten steel solidification was designed through analysis and investigation.Using cylinder graphite tube as the heater and carbon layer as the insulator,this device can work with high current and low supply voltage to realize the samples' melting and fast cooling while fixing the high temperature organization of the samples under normal temperature.Hence,the later conventional organization analysis can be carried out to obtain the change rule of high temperature phase in the process of the metal or alloy solidification by using comparative and repeatability experiment.
