摘要
该文针对车牌识别中的定位问题,在传统水平和垂直投影法基础上,提出了基于启发式筛选的车牌定位算法,以提高车牌定位准确率。车牌定位算法通过Codec Engine框架,快速移植到DM6446处理器平台。实验表明,基于启发式筛选的定位算法可有效实现车牌的定位,Codec En-gine框架可实现算法快速移植,运行稳定、开发简单方便。
In order to improve the license plate location accuracy,this paper proposes the heuristic filter algorithm which base on the traditional vertical and horizontal projection method,aiming at the location in the license plate identification problem.Taking advantage of Codec Engine it can rapidly transplant the localization algorithm to DM6446 processor platform.Experiments result shows that based on heuristic filter location algorithm can effectively realize the license plate location,Codec Engine framework can rapidly realize algorithm transplantation,stably operate,and simply develop.
