甲磺酸培氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染临床效果观察

Clinical effects observation of Pefloxacin Mesylate in the treatment of urinary system infection

目的探讨甲磺酸培氟沙星用于泌尿系统感染的临床效果。方法选取泌尿系统感染患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予甲磺酸培氟沙星静滴治疗,对照组给予氧氟沙星静滴治疗,疗程1～2周,对治疗结果及药物不良反应进行比较分析。结果甲磺酸培氟沙星注射液治疗泌尿系统感染的有效率达86.7%,而氧氟沙星的有效率仅为53.3%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲磺酸培氟沙星相较于氧氟沙星不良反应发生率较低,临床表现也较轻微。结论甲磺酸培氟沙星注射液用于泌尿系统感染,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Pefloxacin Mesylate in the urinary system infection.Methods Sixty patients with urinary system infection were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given intravenous drip of Pefloxacin Mesylate,while the control group was given intravenous drip of Ofloxacin,the course was 1 to 2 weeks.The treatment effects and adverse drug reactions were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of Pefloxacin Mesylate Injection in the treatment of urinary system infection reached 86.7%,while the effective rate of Ofloxacin reached 53.3% only,there was statistically significant difference（P 0.05）;compared with Ofloxacin,the incidence of adverse reactions of Pefloxacin Mesylate was lower,and the clinical features were slighter.Conclusion The treatment of Pefloxacin Mesylate Injection in urinary system infection has a significant effect,reliable safety,and worthy of clinical application.
