摘要
目的评价情景教学法在妇产科护理学教学中的应用。方法随机选择2010年9月~2011年1月本校学习产科学及护理的助产专业学生60名,按照单双位进行分组,单数学生30名采用情景教学法,本组学生为实验组;双数学生30名采用传统教学方法,设为对照组。通过考试成绩和问卷调查对教学效果进行综合评价。结果对实验组学生发放调查问卷30份,收回30份,结果显示,90%(27/30)的学生认为情景教学方法优于传统教学方法,93.33%(28/30)的学生认为学习内容掌握情况提高;90%(27/30)的学生认为该教学模式更接近临床,易于理解和接受。实验组期中平均考试成绩、期末平均考试成绩、平时平均成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论妇产科护理学教学中的应用情境教学方法能够培养和激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生学习和运用知识的技能,培养学生的团队意识和合作能力,同时丰富课堂教学内容,对提高教学质量及实际教学效果具有重要的作用。
Objective To evaluate the application of situational method in obstetrics and gynaecology nursing teaching.Methods Sixty students in midwifery professional of obstetrics and nursing who studied in our school from September 2010 to January 2011 were selected randomly.The students were grouped by list numbers.30 odd number students who were adopted situational method were divided into the experimental group.30 even numbers students who were adopted traditional teaching method were divided into the control group.Exam results and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effects.Results 30 questionnaires were issued to the experimental group students,and 30 questionnaires were taken back.The results showed that 90.00%(27/30) of experimental group students considered the situational method was better than the traditional teaching method;93.33%(28/30) of students considered the master situation of learning content was enhanced;90.00%(27/30) of students considered the situational method was closer to clinic,which could be understood and accepted easily.The midterm average test scores,final average test scores and ordinary times average scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Application of situational method in obstetrics and gynaecology nursing teaching can cultivate and arouse learning interest of students,enhance the skills of students' learning and applying knowledge,train team consciousness and cooperation ability of students,at the same time it can enrich the classroom teaching content,which has important effect on enhancing the quality of teaching and the actual teaching results.
