脑外伤患者血清超敏CRP水平的动态变化及临床意义

Clinical significance of dynamic changes of hs-CRP in patients with traumatic brain injury

目的研究脑外伤患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的动态变化及临床意义。方法对70例脑外伤患者(轻型组20例,中型组28例,重型组22例)血清hs-CRP水平进行动态监测,并与正常对照组的30例健康体检者进行比较分析。结果入院第1天,脑外伤轻、中、重型组患者血清hs-CRP水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),脑外伤中、重型组患者血清hs-CRP水平均显著高于轻型组,差异亦均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院第3天,脑外伤轻、中、重型组患者血清hs-CRP水平均有所下降,但仍显著高于正常对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),脑外伤中、重型组患者血清hs-CRP水平仍显著高于轻型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院第7天,脑外伤轻、中、重型组患者血清hs-CRP水平均显著下降,其中轻型组患者血清hs-CRP水平与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论动态监测脑外伤患者血清hs-CRP水平对判断病情的严重程度及预后有重要的临床价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of the dynamic changes of high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods The serum hs-CRP levels of 70 cases with traumatic brain injury（20 cases in the light group,and 28 cases in the medium-sized group,and 22 cases in the severe group） were dynamic monitored,and compared with those of 30 healthy individuals in the normal control group.Results The serum levels of hs-CRP in the brain injury group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group at the 1st day（all P 0.05）,and the serum levels of hs-CRP in the medium-sized group and the severe group were significantly higher than those in the light group（all P 0.05）.The serum levels of hs-CRP in the brain injury group dropped,but still significantly higher than the normal control group at the 3rd day（all P 0.05）,and the serum levels of hs-CRP in the medium-sized group and the severe group were still significantly higher than those in the light group（all P 0.05）.And at the 7th day,the serum levels of hs-CRP in the brain injury group has significantly dropped,there was no statistically significant difference of the serum hs-CRP levels in the light group and the normal control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The dynamic monitoring of the serum hs-CRP levels in the patients with traumatic brain injury plays an important role in judging the disease severity and prognosis.
