清开灵胶囊联用冬凌草片治疗小儿慢性咽炎的疗效观察

Effect observation on Qingkailing Capsule combined with Rubescens Tablet in the treatment of children with chronic pharyngitis

目的使用清开灵胶囊联合冬凌草片治疗小儿慢性咽炎,探讨其临床疗效与应用价值。方法将88例患者随机分成治疗组46例和对照组42例,治疗组服用清开灵胶囊与冬凌草片,对照组服用清开灵胶囊。1个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组共46例,总有效率为95.65%;对照组42例,总有效率为90.48%;两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.41,P<0.05)。结论使用清开灵胶囊联用冬凌草片治疗小儿慢性咽炎临床疗效好,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and value on Qingkailing Capsule combined with the Rubescens Tablet in the treatment of childten with chronic pharyngitis.Methods Eighty eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 46 cases and control group of 42 cases,the treatment group was given Qingkailing Capsule and Rubescens Tablets,and the control group was given Qingkailing Capsule.The efficacies were observed after a month.Results There were 46 cases in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.65%,and there were 42 cases in the control group,the total effective rate was 90.48%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant（χ2 = 6.41,P 0.05）.Conclusion Qingkailing Capsule combined with the Rubescens Tablets in the treatment of children with chronic pharyngitis has more clinical efficacy,so it is deserve to put into application and popularization.
