急性胆囊炎腹腔镜与开腹手术疗效的对比观察

Curative effect observation of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of acute cholecystitis

目的研究腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法选取85例急性胆囊炎患者随机分为两组,分别给予腹腔镜手术治疗和开腹手术治疗,对比两组患者手术情况。结果治疗组患者从术中出血量、手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性胆囊炎效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods Eighty five cases of acute cholecystitis patients were randomly divided into two groups respectively,and patients were given the laparoscopic operation and open operation,the operation situation of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the bleeding,operation time,intestinal function recovery time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of treatment group had significant advantage,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation has significant effect in the treatment of acute cholecystitis,it is worth popularizing.
