胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors in complication of placental abruption and uteroplacental apoplexy

目的对导致产妇出现胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的相关危险因素进行研究分析。方法抽取在本院进行分娩的70例临床产妇病例,其中35例产妇出现单纯的胎盘早剥症状,定义为A组;另外35例产妇在出现胎盘早剥的同时并发子宫胎盘卒中现象,定义为B组。对两组患者的临床资料进行比较研究,对共性差别进行总结,从而归纳出导致产妇出现胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的相关危险因素。结果经过仔细对比研究发现,分娩方式、分娩孕周、血性羊水、宫腔积血、胎儿窘迫、产后出血等均是导致产妇出现胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的相关危险因素和主要临床特征,A、B两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对导致产妇出现胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的相关危险因素进行充分系统的掌握和了解,可以使产妇在临床分娩的过程中有效避免出现上述症状,使母婴的生命安全得到更加有效的保障,进一步减少医疗纠纷。

Objective To study and analyze risk factors which cause puerpera＇s complication of placental abruption and uteroplacental apoplexy.Methods Seventy cases of clinical puerperas who gave birth in our hospital were selected.35 cases of them who had simple placental abruption symptoms were named group A.Another 35 cases who had the complication of placental abruption and uteroplacental apoplexy were named group B.Comparative study were taken on between both group patients＇ clinical data.And the commonness and differences were summarized.Finally,the risk factors which caused puerpera＇s complication of placental abruption and uteroplacental apoplexy were generalized.Results After carefully studying,we found delivery mode,gestational weeks,bloody amniotic fluid,hematometra,fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage were all the risk factors and main clinical features which cause puerpera＇s complication of placental abruption and uteroplacental apoplexy.There were obvious statistical difference（P 0.05） when patients in group A and B were compared.Conclusion To systematically know and master the relative risk factors which cause puerpera＇s complication of placental abruption and uteroplacental apoplexy,the above symptoms can be avoided effectively,the mother and baby＇s life safety can be protected effectively,and medical disputes can be reduced further.
