氟尿嘧啶48h微电脑全自动化疗泵对消化道肿瘤疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Fluorouracil 48 h microcomputer automatic chemotherapy pump on Gastrointestinal tumors

目的分析并总结应用一次性微电脑全自动化疗泵持续静脉输注氟尿嘧啶(FU)治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的化疗效果以及护理经验。方法将本院收治的400例患者采用微电脑全自动化疗泵由中心静脉导管或静脉留置针持续输注氟尿嘧啶进行化疗48h。化疗前做好患者的心理护理以及健康教育,同时准备好静脉通道;化疗期间给予密切监护。结果全部患者均顺利完成化疗,效果令人满意,副作用少。结论采用全自动电脑化疗泵持续化疗能够明显提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,减少各种毒副作用。

Objective To analyze and summarize the effect and nursing experience of Fluorouracil 48 h microcomputer automatic chemotherapy pump on Gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 400 cases of patients from central venous catheters were given continuous infusion of Fluorouracil chemotherapy 48 h.Before chemotherapy,patients were given psychological nursing,health education and close monitoring,ready at the same time venous channel.Results All patients were completed chemotherapy,satisfactory results with few side effects.Conclusion The use of microcomputer automatic chemotherapy pump can obviously improve the cancer patient＇s quality of life,reduce the poisonous side effect.
